By downloading, installing, or using MindCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
MindCue is a smart reminder application that helps you create reminders from screenshots. The app uses AI technology to analyze your screenshots and suggest relevant reminders.
3. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Privacy

5. Subscription and Payments
MindCue offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You agree not to misuse the app or help anyone else do so. You may not use the app for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Intellectual Property
MindCue and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hoshmand AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
MindCue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
